As a family, we have decided to start giving back to our roots. Beginning in 2015, we created and awarded our 1st SAH Scholarship Award for a graduating senior in Renova, Mississippi. The application process and requirements for the 2016 award are all outlined here and in the sidebar.

When family members pass away, a lot of work goes into creating the obituary and funeral programs to help memorialize them. Often we distribute them to family and friends that were not able to attend the service or even keep them for ourselves.
The programs themselves house a lot of history and I wanted a way to keep them all together so anyone can view them. You can now view family obituaries and funeral programs online. The Obituaries are housed in the “Archives” section of the website. This section will only be complete if you add to it, so if you have any at home that you would like to add, please do so by completing the Census Update form on the site.

The 10-A-C Crew is cooking up fantastic plans for our annual Smith Anderson Hubbard Family Reunion, which is coming up on July 10-12, 2015 in Franklin, TN (right outside of Nashville) – we can’t wait to host you!
Last year, we enjoyed a blowout celebration of our 50th family reunion. It was great fun to look back on where we started and all we’ve accomplished as a family – all while rocking out to a band that had most of us dancing late into the night in HotLanta. As we look forward to our 51st family reunion this summer, we’re thinking of ways to recognize, celebrate and launch the successes that only our family can create together in the next fifty years.
