Our Patriarch, Perry Anderson Smith, III, has finished his incomparable journey.
He lived a life of service to others. He was a leader in the civil rights movement, a pastor for 52 years at First Baptist Of North Brentwood and a lecturer at Howard University School of Divinity.
He was a husband, a brother, our oldest cousin, a mentor and confidant to many. But most of all he was a friend of God.
We will miss him dearly.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE services for Rev. Dr. Perry Smith III
In-person viewing during the hours of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 28th, and 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 29th. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a virtual Celebration of Life in Music will be held on Thursday, April 29th at 7:00 pm, and on Friday, April 30th, a private funeral service will take place. The public can attend the Homegoing service virtually Friday at 12 Noon. The Thursday night and Friday afternoon services will be streamed on FacebookLive at the First Baptist Church, Inc. of North Brentwood, MD, and on YouTubeLive at FBCNB Church.
