Financial Report:
Paypal fees were discussed again. Paypal will remain an option for submitting payments. The host committee does not have to absorb any fees if the Cash app is used to submit dues. There are ways around the Paypal fee for those proficient with Paypal (you can send the dues as family and friends to the family email address [amb.sahfr@gmail.com].
SAH Scholarship Recipient:
This year (2018), the scholarship recipient was Connor Shorts.
Commitments to fund the next few years were restated.

High School Graduation Gift:
Each year family members attending the reunion give a gift to the graduating high school student(s) registered and present at the reunion. This year (2018), there was (1) graduate in attendance. Christoff Harvey. He received $267.
Reunion Consultants:
There was a discussion about providing support to reunion hosts who may not be familiar with the business of planning large scale events. The persons now holding the title of Reunion Consultant are Eric Barnes, Sharanda Smith and Millicent Victorian.
