Did you know Rev. Perry Anderson Smith III was on the Interfaith Freedom Ride from Washington, DC to Tallahassee, FL, June 13 -16, 1961?  He talks about his experience in the short YouTube clip below:

PBS did a film about the Freedom Riders that I think everyone should watch, if you haven’t already.  The film is just under two hours and is available to view online.  The website also details a lot of information about the rides, resources for teachers, and even includes a full roster of all of the riders.
